When you submit a request for an appraisal, we collect the information you provide in the form: property details, the reason for the appraisal, your preferred timeline, and your contact information. We use this information solely to carry out your commercial appraisal engagement and to communicate with you about it.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Route your appraisal request to a qualified AACI practitioner
- Communicate with you about your engagement
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Intake request data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes consistent with professional appraisal practice standards.
